RESTORATIVE YOGA & REIKI WITH SOUND HEALING

Restorative Yoga is a series of passive reclining postures designed to promote relaxation of your body and stillness and serenity of your mind. As your body relaxes and opens, Reiki, an energy healing modality, will be given to each person, in each posture, enabling your body to balance and promote healing. As you rest and receive, you will experience the soothing sounds of Crystal Bowls, which contribute to peace and healing. This is a profound experience, a beautiful gift to yourself!
