In this class, you will completely relax your bodies with restorative  yoga postures. Each posture gently moves your spinal column for stress  release and ultimate relaxation. In the postures, I will lead you  through guided relaxation and breathing for meditation, quieting your  mind. I will play the Crystal Bowls, and use crystals and aromatherapy  to add to your healing experience. 

In this relaxed state, you  will open yourselves to receive the healing energy of Reiki. Rebecca and  I will be doing Reiki on each of you in each posture, beginning with  your head and neck, then your knees and feet, your abdomen and your  back.

This is a 6 week series class for those new to yoga or wanting to  return to their practice after a bit of time away. This class is also a  great place for those already practicing to get back to the basics. You  will learn tools to de stress, calm the mind and be more aware of your  body/mind.
This class is designed as an introduction to the  practice of  yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and  focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses.  Come to learn, play, and relax in a supportive environment. You don’t  need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to breathing and be  willing to try.

Looking for Relief from Chronic Pelvic Pain?  This course 4 week course is designed for the beginner who does not have a yoga practice.  During the 4 week practice we will focus on gentle yoga postures to help strengthen and stretch the abdomen, back, legs, hips and muscles in the pelvic bowl. 

Throughout the class you will be guided through proven focused breathing techniques that will assist in relaxation while learning to connect breath with movement to optimize the gentle strengthening and stretching techniques used in class.  

From the Instructor: “I found that the more stressed I was, the greater my pelvic pain was. By learning to focus and redirect my breath to parts of my body where I felt discomfort, my body began to relax and stress levels decreased. As stress decreased, so did my pain.  My practice has changed my life for the better!”
